Elements of Self-Care Workshop
I will lead participants through the elements of Air, Earth, Fire, Water and Ether, linking each to tools you can use throughout your day for self-care. This presentation is interactive and will include a guided meditation, some gentle yoga moves, and other practical tips for incorporating mindfulness throughout your day.
