Creative Business Support for Entrepreneurs
Soul Shine's Purpose
Soul Shine is a platform for creative entrepreneurs and members of the community to organize and collaborate around several "Dream Projects" which Soul Shine is spearheading. These projects aim to bring the shine out in every soul touched by the work of individuals who believe that big change in our communities is possible. Soul Shine is currently seeking highly synergistic, creative and energetic partnerships to launch several different projects - all of which aim to focus on different challenges humanity is facing at this time.
In addition to our start-up projects we are championing, Soul Shine is open to collaborating with other like-minded individuals who might have projects in mind which would serve the community and the environment. We'd like to focus on projects which create meaningful work for community members while demonstrating sustainable business practices.
Soul Shine aims to bring our passion and organizational leadership to entrepreneurs to support all stages of business development. We act as "sounding boards" to help curate and co-create business models and concepts. Soul Shine LLC is here to help you with everything from brand identity, to simple logo design, marketing materials and event planning.
Our wide variety of services goes beyond brand development to social media management, website development, product photography and website development and management.
We value long-term partnerships with our clients, taking the time to really learn and understand how your business and audiences function. Let's create!
Our Projects
Soul Shine Band Bus
We are seeking collaborative partnerships with musicians, sound engineers, teachers, and parents in the community to launch this after-school program.
The Program incorporates instruments referred to as "Sound healing" instruments. Participants do not need any prior knowledge of how to play the instruments. Instruments include singing bowls, hand pans, chimes, rattles, tongue drums, wave drums, rain sticks, and flutes.
For elementary, the Program becomes a social-emotional opportunity quite naturally as this age is easily engaged in the music making collaborative process.
For middle school aged students, the Program opens up the “floor” for group discussions which follow the music-making sessions and focus on building confidence and self-awareness.
Soul Shine Juice Company
We are seeking to partner with small farmers growing lemons, oranges, tangerines, and ginger (as well as other seasonal fruit crops). In addition, we would like to collaborate with local coffee shops, wellness studios, gyms and fitness studios, local grocery stores and community members who align with our brand and values:
• Farm-to-bottle transparency: Every juice lists the farm it came from
• Zero-waste ethos: Juice pulp is repurposed for compost or donated to local farms
• Community-first model: Long-term partnerships with small farmers, offering fair pricing and consistent demand
• Seasonal creativity: Menus evolve with the harvest, keeping offerings fresh and exciting.
Situated in the vibrant Ojai Valley of Southern California, this innovative juice start-up is transforming the concept of wellness by establishing strong connections with the local community. The Soul Shine brand is committed to championing regenerative farming practices; reinvesting profits into local initiatives; and collaborating with farmers to ensure fair wages and long-term sustainability. With flavors inspired by the region's seasonal bounty—from zesty citrus to aromatic herbs—this company provides more than just juice; it is a heartfelt homage to the land and the people who nurture it. Every sip is a celebration of soil, soul, and solidarity.
To begin our journey, we will open a flagship juice bar or tasting studio highlighting farmer stories in addition to launching a foundation to support small farmers and young agricultural entrepreneurs.
Carbon Net-Zero ADU's on Small Farms
engineers, and sustainability experts. The landscaping is just as important (if not more important) than the structure itself. Natural flora become a habitat for local fauna (pollinators). All-electric systems powered with zero emissions and backed up by onsite solar panels.
We are seeking partnerships with other like-minded architects, engineers, landscapers, regenerative farming experts and agriculture professionals in addition to real estate professionals with expertise in land sales and entitlement.
With the passing of AB 130, certain development projects can have their CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) review sped up. Building sustainable housing in fire-prone environments using alternative building materials is imperative.
As a result of AB 130, certain development projects may be categorically exempt from CEQA. Farmworker housing is one types of project that could be exempt from CEQA. The State of CA is promoting “compact development in order to reduce conversion of agricultural land, sensitive habitat, and open space for new development.”
