The goal of Soul Shine Band Bus is to empower young people to develop their sense of self as an individual leader while learning to co-create through music-making with peers and teachers. The format of the program aims to build self-confidence of each participant through creative expression through music-making. Participants of the Soul Shine program will take their experience with them along with their knowledge of concepts pertaining to self-love, forgiveness, compassion, unity, respect, gratitude, kindness, and peace into the community where they will further integrate these concepts where they have influence. The Soul Shine Band Bus program is best delivered to groups in an 8-week mobile classroom format. The Soul Shine Band Bus Program uses the art of music making in a group circle / community to facilitate social-emotional healing.

We are seeking collaborative partnerships with musicians, sound engineers, teachers, and parents in the community to launch this after-school program.

The Program incorporates instruments referred to as "Sound healing" instruments. Participants do not need any prior knowledge of how to play the instruments. Instruments include singing bowls, hand pans, chimes, rattles, tongue drums, wave drums, rain sticks, and flutes.

For elementary, the Program becomes a social-emotional opportunity quite naturally as this age is easily engaged in the music making collaborative process.

For middle school aged students, the Program opens up the “floor” for group discussions which follow the music-making sessions and focus on building confidence and self-awareness.

To begin our journey, we will open a flagship juice bar or tasting studio highlighting farmer stories in addition to launching a foundation to support small farmers and young agricultural entrepreneurs.

This project aims to provide consulting assistance to architects designing ADUs to create carbon net-zero ADUs which are sustainably sourced on available land which could be used for small farming operations. This means that the ADU will be built from American made, local, and renewable materials; designed by leading architects,
engineers, and sustainability experts. The landscaping is just as important (if not more important) than the structure itself. Natural flora become a habitat for local fauna (pollinators). All-electric systems powered with zero emissions and backed up by onsite solar panels.

We are seeking partnerships with other like-minded architects, engineers, landscapers, regenerative farming experts and agriculture professionals in addition to real estate professionals with expertise in land sales and entitlement.

With the passing of AB 130, certain development projects can have their CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) review sped up. Building sustainable housing in fire-prone environments using alternative building materials is imperative.

As a result of AB 130, certain development projects may be categorically exempt from CEQA. Farmworker housing is one types of project that could be exempt from CEQA. The State of CA is promoting “compact development in order to reduce conversion of agricultural land, sensitive habitat, and open space for new development.”
